Someone was trying to update the IOS and afterwards we are getting this during reboot.

What can I do to resolve this. I can't seem to erase or format anything to start over.

Hello Mike,
you should load the old image
check if the rommon supports tfpdwnld you may need to set some parameters like ethernet ip address but you should be able to have it load an image from a tftp server directly connected to the ethernet.
Then later you can write the right image on the flash.
I remember we did for a C1721 with the same problem in this way.

my memory failed it looks like you can only use xmodem to load a new image from 2600 rommon:
