3745 adding network modules

I have a Cisco 3745 12.2(8r)T2, and currently have network modules in slot 1 and 2, as well as 0, and want to add another module to slot 3, an nm-2fe2w-v2, and I read in an article that the minimum IOS version for this module is 12.2(12) Is this correct? or does the 3745 have a limit on network modules? I am sure I checked, and I should be able to use the 4 slots?

There is no limit for the modules on the 3745.

Please upgrade IOS to latest 12.3 or 12.4 mainline while doing the install.

i have a 3745 with 4 nm-hdv network modules in slots 0 - 3 and three dsu's in the built in wic slots.
