Is there universal IOS version for 3750g?

No.  The original series feature set is provided by the loaded image.  Yours appear to have the IPServices image loaded.

Yes, you can mix and match any of the 3750 models.

Any protential risk?

Yes, . . .

The 3750G-12S offers SDM templates not available on any other model.  When you mix this model with non-3750G-12Ss, you need to use a common SDM template.

The original 3750 series supports StackWise, the -E and -X series support StackWisePlus.  You can mix them, but when you do, you lose StackWisePlus features.

The -E and -X series feature set is controlled both by the loaded image and the installed license.  the IPBase image only supports the IPBase feature set, the Universal image supports IPBase or IPServices features, which depends on installed license.

Not all units in a stack need to have the same installed feature set (they also don't always need exactly the same version too, but using the same version for all avoids issues).  By default, "better" feature set stack members have priority in stack elections, and the stack master determines the feature set for the whole stack.  If only one stack member, the stack master, has the "better" feature set, and it fails, the remaining stack members will revert to the lessor feature set.  So, ideally, at least two stack members should have the "better" feature set.

Hi,

Yes, you can mix 3750g with 3750e and build a stack.

There is no universal image for the 3750g or 3750e, but you need the same image in all of them.
