I have a core switch and is stacked, that has reboot at least 4 times I think it might be power supply related. Is there a debub command that can tell which switch in the stack is having issues.

Are all switches reloading?
I guess you can check the uptime of each switch which will tell you the faulty PS.
example:
Router#>sh ver | i switch <#>
True example:
Router#>sh ver | i switch 2
