3COM 4400 Switch CPU OID

Hi all

I am looking to manage a few 3COM 4400 switches with SNMP and I would like to know the OID for the obtaining the Switch CPU as well Memory Usage. If anyone can give details and if possible the MIB file it would be helpful.
