Ashok,
I ran your config through Software advisor, and have to say your router is fully loaded, if I got your configuration right from your show version (with the exception of 1 slot free in the 7507). Am I right ?
Definitely multiple VIP configurations seems to be supported on the 7507, according to the software advisor. I didnt know what VIP2 controller you have as there are three different models (15,40 and 50) so I put VIP2-15 in my configuration. The final output of the software advisor suggest minimum compatible release for this hardware configuration as
12.1.22(E6) with a ServiceProvider(VIP) feature set(which is the same feature set that you have with your current IOS)
The latest in this train available for download is 12.1.26(E1)
I would suggest an IOS upgrade, to avoid the crashes you are seeing in your configuration
HTH
PS: I can rerun the config, if you can update me with the VIP2 model number.

A show diag should probably show it.
