I am recing on my 7513 logging the following message, can anyone advice me what does this message means

This looks like a dump message that would have been logged by BGP. The 16 bytes "FF" string would be the beginning of the BGP header.
Was this message preceeded by any other messages? BGP will usually produce a hex dump of any message causing a BGP notification.
