i have a cisco router controller Model 2504 and a AIR-CAP2702i-E-K9, the problem is the controller cannot see the air cap here the configuration of AIR-CAP

what version of Air OS is on  the WLC 2504 ?

you may need a minimal version to support this model of AP.

OK so the version should be fine.

What is the IP address of the WLC ?

I don't see any static default route configured on the AP

With current configuration the AP can register only if the WLC has an IP address in the same IP subnet 192.168.1.0/24

By the way, you have a static IP address and most cases APs take IP address from DHCP and use a DHCP option to locate the WLC
