Ap does not get ip and cannot connect to it - Packet tracer

I cannot connect to my LAP
I don't understand why but my LAP is not getting IP address and I can't connect to the LAP(see Packtet tracer) with the PC From karine. The ip to get on the WLC is 192.220.4.1.
If someone could take a look at this and possibly add the configuration being applied that would be great.
