Hello,
according to the output that you have provided you need a license because you are using an evaluation license that will expire on March 17th 2018
>>
License Type: EvalRightToUse
And
I had to do the same on a Me-3600-X that was missing the licence to use the 2 x 10 GE uplink module.
You need to go to the licensing portal and to buy it.
If you are the end customer and you have bought the router via a Cisco partner or reseller you need to ask them to buy it for you and to provide the license.
You can use the following URL if you have the smartnet of the router
https://www.cisco.com/go/license
this will redirect you to the licensing portal. You need a CCO account with associated the smartnet or other support contract for the specific router involved.
Hope to help
Giuseppe
