I have a customer looking to purchase an ASR1002-5G-VPN/K9 and their main concern is it crashing when a full routing table full of BGP routes are injected. I did some research and cannot find any relevant information that points me to BGP limitations with that unit. They have full BGP routing tables from 2 ISPs and want to make sure the ASR1002 can remain stable when BGP has random spikes when it injects route tables into it.
