How Should I configure layer 2 vlan in an asr920 as "best practice.
Any suggestions?

as far as I can remember, ASR900 uses BDI instead SVI, I hope it helps.

Yes that is correct. The ASR920 family uses BDIs. You can assign any sub-interface from any interface to any BDI, which means that you can effectively bridge any VLAN to any other VLAN by using the same "bridge domain" group. Try not to confuse yourself!
