Hello Pramod,
on C7600 you have two options:
using a PA ATM with a Flexwan linecard
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_data_sheet09186a00801df1d9.html
or
using an ATM SPA with a SIP linecard
on GSR you have two options:
ATM linecards (EOS)
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/routers/ps167/product_data_sheet0900aecd8042b41a.html
or SPAs on SIP linecard
Hope to help

Hello Pramod,
this second question is more specific I think the answer is no.
AIM is a specific HW module used on ISR routers or others.
There are ATM SPA specific messages but they include a different memonic.

I think you need to look for messages that are similar to those you are indicating.
Or also you can look at SNMP traps.
Hope to help
Giuseppe
