HI all,
Here is the relevant config between a CE router and a PE router, the service provider says that the circuit is provisioned (sorry I don´t know the exact word, I want to say the ATM circuit is OK).
PE Router (7304):
vc-class atm 4M-IPoA
vbr-nrt 4000 4000 1
inarp 1
broadcast
oam-pvc manage 5
encapsulation aal5snap
interface ATM4/0
no ip address
atm sonet stm-1
no atm enable-ilmi-trap
no clns route-cache
!
interface ATM4/0.10 multipoint
description Conexion con PPAI Oviedo
ip address 10.9.142.1 255.255.252.0
no atm enable-ilmi-trap
pvc 6/76
class-vc 4M-IPoA
oam-pvc manage 5
!
!
CE Router (1721):
interface ATM0
no ip address
no atm ilmi-keepalive
dsl operating-mode auto
!
interface ATM0.1 multipoint
ip address 10.9.142.2 255.255.252.0
pvc 1/40
vbr-nrt 510 510
inarp 1
broadcast
oam-pvc manage 5
encapsulation aal5snap
!
Here is also some output information:
ATM4/0 unassigned YES manual up up
ATM4/0.10 10.9.142.1 YES manual down down
4/0.10 115 6 76 PVC SNAP VBR 4000 4000 1 DOWN
Thanks in advance,

One possible problem might be the pvc mismatch between PE & CE:
PE = pvc 6/76
CE = pvc 1/40

I don´t think so because each device has different VPI/VCI in order to get connectivity with the ATM switched network. They are not directly connected.

In that case you should verify that the ATM switch configuration is correct for these VP/VC pairs.

Yes, I agree with you, but the service provider who manage that switch says something like "all is OK here, check your config" and I think the config looks fine... the only thing I can do is contact again but I´m sure about the answer...
