Hello,
We are trying to find an automated way to update ACL on a router on a periodic basis. We will get a list of allowed IP's, parse them into CISCO ACL's, and would like to tftp/ftp them and apply them to the router on an automatic basis.
Any ideas?

This is the sort of thing that can be done with a scripting language such as Expect or Perl. Have a look at this thread which gives a bit more detail and then come back if you have more questions -

or you can use EEM to load the config file from a certain TFTP server and apply it every period of time or for example every weekend up to you
good luck
