We have two routers ASR9010 IOS XR 7.3.2 and we have configured flowspec on them for mitigation.
On the router A, all is working about flowspec.
However on router B, we have the same config but when we try to restart flowspec process or to use flowspec we received the following error log :

I tried to restart flowspec process on router B with command "#process restart flowspec_mgr loc all" but no better...
What is the issue ? how can I solve it to be able to have flowspec working on router B please ?
