BGP multihomed - 2 routers, 2 ISP's with different links - Help

Currently there are routers and two T1's connected to two different ISP's in a BGP multihomed setup. The IP addressing space belongs to ATT and because of this the ATT T1 seems to see more traffic. One T1 which comes from Global Crossing will be replaced with a 6 Mb fractional DS3. I need help on how to configure BGP to take advantage of the 6 Mb link. I have seen many configurations for multihoming BGP, but I cannot find anything that uses a scenarion like this. Any help on a config? Thanks.

The document has a sample Configuration for BGP with Two Different Service Providers (Multihoming).
