Bgp on nexus 9K Community and local Preference

Hi i have Fastnemoon Can detect attack Annonuce /24 and /32 Of prefix

I filterd my bgp neighbor by prefix-list

Now if announce for Example by fastnemoon 1.1.1.0/24 and 1.1.1.1/32 by community 6500:110

is prermit and any route by fastnemoon announce priotiry High by local preference and Redistribute other bgp nieghbors

How can do this ????
