BPX-MGX delay

Can someone tell me the value or range of Delay could be expected through a BPX and MGX as our customer experience some latency issue.

Hi,

I am working for a service provider, our backbone is MPLS over ATM (BPXs and MGXs), our customers delay varied between 8 to 60 ms between their branches, according to the status of the uplink of their node.
