Hi Paul,
Have you tested this? I would be interested to know what the results were. I thought difference between those two commands is one is over 80, the other is over ssl. So then it may not change the behavior of requiring to authenticate? In my experience (very limited) I have never been able to do this without auth.

Hello Bilal
Not sure I understand your question ? - The OP has asked can you connect to the http server without authentication.
I understand by that they are asking how to connect to the http server via port 80 (router that is) - so disabling authentication and http-secure-server(if enable) and defaulting to port 80 with let you connect .
....
By the way congratulations on your CCIE accreditation very well done - I believe your in your only early 20's as well - So a future quadruple CCIE maybe?
Exceptional achievement Bilal !

Ok haha, so were looking at this question from different angles...
Im thinking about when you HTTP or HTTPS it asks for either username / password or just enable password to log in.
Youre talking about the transport being unsecure... I guess more clarification required on the question :)
....
Thank you Paul - yes (22), really appreciate it, had lots of support and looking up to role models on this forum (you being one of them) helped for sure. So a massive thanks to you and everyone else.
