C897VAB-K9 vDSL2 Bonding vlan

Hello I was wondering if anyone knew if this Router was configurable in regards to authentication vlan from the ISP.

My ISP uses vlan 3163 for auth on vdsl2 whereas my ISP uses 0/32 for adsl. 
Was curious if this was able to be changed to that or if that was standard.

Any suggestions or recommendations? I have done as much research as I can but it is either not out there or I am looking at it wrong. I see many examples of configurations and what not but nothing in depth as to changing authentication vlans and such. I do know that different ISP's use different vlans so there must be some sort of configuration.
