Can I install one call manager in my head office connect internet with puplic IP and my branch office one Cisco ATA box connect internet with one puplic IP?

And I want make calls from one side to another side without ISP SIP server. It's possible?

Sure, you can do it. Just register the ATA with the CCM server.
