Hello Brad,
what is your current logging level ?
use sh logging to see your current setup.
sh isdn history could be helpful too
Hope to help

Hello Brad,
the isdn caller command given int interface serx/y:15 (E1 channel D) or serx/y:23 (T1 channel D) could be useful.
If using DDR the command can be given under interface dialer.
Hope to help
