Can't login to Quick Setup Wizard in ISR 1100

When I login to Router http://192.168.1.1/webui/#/dayZeroRouting 

it's directly switched to http://192.168.1.1/webui/#/dashboard

Can you please advice to make as main page.

-> this is for out-of-the box configuration

your redirection to the dashboard indicates dayzero setup has already be done

-> wipe the config (factory reset) and you can start fresh
