Hello,

post the full running configurations of both switches, and indicate which access port on SW2 is connected to the PC...

Hello
Remove any helper addressing off the switches, Make sure vlan 40 is also created on the switches and the end host is connected to a switchport that assigned to vlan 40

Thank you two very much for your reply. I would love to tell you more info or full configuration. but the post is open to public.. I only can answer specific question if you have it. One of my question is if the dhcp option82 is required in this case based on the debug?

Hello

Post the run configurations but hide the addressing, this way we can see if anything is a miss?
