Is this a fractional T1? I dont think the 1801 or 1811 can support that configuration, as, 1801 has built in hub/switch ports plus a built in adsl or shdsl port with a bri backup port. 1811 has two 10/100 ethernet ports with a bri backup port. So if you are looking for fractional T1, you will need to get a 1841, with two wic slots. You can use a wic-1dsu-t1-v2 to configure a fractional T1 with 4 DS0s to get 256 kbit link.
Note that the wic-1dsu-t1-v2 are undergoing some revision changes, due to the existing problems associated with it.

I explain again simply : My provider will provide me a lease line at 256 kbits/s.
so i want to know if a simple WIC for 1801 or 1811 can supports this bandwidth ?

No it cannot. You will need a 1841 if you want to go with the ISR series.
