Cisco 2811 System returned to ROM by error - a Software forced crash

Hi, i have a trouble in a Router Cisco 2811.

This Router suddenly reloads, What might be the issue?. i have attached the output of Show Stack Command in a TXT file.

Please Help Me

i saw an strange log in the Show Stack Output:

Ok, just as suspected.  The IOS is a "T" train.  Try upgrading the IOS into something more stable, like an "M" train.

ok, i will upgrade the IOS, can you tell me what happen, why does this router reload?, Maybe become to increase the CPU usage, become to run any process?... please, i jus want to know what can happen here.

"T" train IOS is known as the "technology" train.  Some of us call it "trouble".  The objective of the "T" train is for new features to be introduced to the IOS.  New "features" also means bugs, which can vary from configurations to configurations and one of the main causes for appliance crashes. 

Generally speaking, the consensus among some of us is this:  If the router(s) is/are running "T" train, then don't be surprised to see the appliance(s) crash very often.  

The "M" train is known for stability purposes and this the reason why I'm recommending you try loading.
