I have several Cisco 3850 at version level 03.02.03 SE. I want to know what is the most stable and recommend level I can go to next.

No idea what your network is like but CURRENTLY, a stable (compared to "the most stable") IOS for the 3850 is 3.6.2a. By the end of August 2015, Cisco will be releasing 3.6.3.

Thtas what we just ran on all our 3850 wan interconnects as well 3.6.2 a
Reason being its clean on Cisco and we also used a third party MVM scanner which showed the ios as good as well
