Cisco 4503 switch port issue

Dear Sir,

When there is a power failure our router to switch link would not come up , we have to reset switch port all the time , so we are facing a problem as it is remote site , all the time we have to go to reset the port.So I hope your kind reply to sort out this issue.

Switch - 4503

Router - 3725

The link is layer three.

Before the port gets reset, what is the complete output to the command "sh interface status error"?

Dear Mr.Leo , 

Today I found Rj 45 chassis and I replaced it , but the problem was same .Finally I changed router port ( Fa 0/1 to Fa 1/0 )  which is connected to the Switch , then it was ok. I couldnt understand the reason.Anyway thank you very much for reply.
