Cisco 4510 48 port blades stuck on red. Feel I have correct IOS and blades are compatible . Any ideas how I get them to go green

I have Cisco 4510 and sups are ok but 8*48 port blades are stuck on red led. How do o get them to go green

I don't have an answer but we are experiencing this on a single set of 4510's, Chassis Type : WS-C4510R+E, modules are WS-X4748-12X48U+E. I'm actually scheduled to do some testing / troubleshooting tomorrow. They are functioning fine and don't show any problem in the status portion of a show module, i.e. they show as 'ok'. Another set of the identical config has no problem.

A hard reboot fixed things.
