Cisco 7500 issue

Hi,

I have upgraded the IOS on Cisco7513 to rsp-jsv-mz.124-12.bin. since the upgrade I cannot use traffic-shape with service-policy on the interface's, it allow's me to use only one service-policy on the interface or subinterface's i have regardless to other subinterfaces, on the same physical interface. i keep getting this message when i try:

(config-subif)#service-policy output shape

Adding shape will make bandwidth allocation among pvs ambiguous

I'm not quite sure what should i do.

I've checked cisco documentation but didn't find something useful that can alleviate or explain this problem...

Does anyone can help me with some information...
