i am new learner for Cisco AP1850i. For network site (without DHCP) , Cisco AP 1850i can connect to Cisco MX64W without DHCP setting?

Hello,

it depends how both the Meraki and the AP are set up. Can you post the configs of both devices ? Check if they have static IP addresses...

Have you set the ap up correctly in the dashboard- is it registered.

you can only really assign static/dynamic addressing if you desire from there as meraki is cloud based service 

lastly regards dhcp have you created the l3 interface in the MX for the ap and assigned the AP to the vlan
