Dear all, i have a cisco router ASR1002-x and i am facing this error can't type commend or change anything in router please help me,

I got bad news and really bad news.
Bad News: "no valid BOOT image found".
Really Bad News: "PASSWORD RECOVERY FUNCTIONALITY IS DISABLED".
Give us more info about this router.

The shared info is all i know, but i have physical access to router.

Is the router booting into ROMMON or not? If the router is booting into ROMMON, what is the output to the command "dir flash:"?
Lastly, who is/was the "genius" who disabled password recovery?

No router is not booting into ROMMON.

The router will not boot into ROMMON because someone disabled Password Recovery -- This is why the router is in a boot loop.
Your only hope is to RMA the router.
