cisco c881 router not starting up

Good day, 

I have a Cisco 881 router which was working fine until one morning after trying to start up all the LEDs on the router came on and won't go off. I left it for hours yet the LEDs didn't go out and trying to log in using a console cable, nothing is detected on my computer system  (I used the serial port directly without a converter and with puty).

Please I need help and advice to help resolve this issue.

The router needs to be RMA-ed.

You will need to have a SMARTnet contract so that you can get a replacement device from Cisco. If you don't have a SMARTnet contract then you will have to go the route of warranty if possible.
