Hi Ganesh,
The 4321 supports up to 50 Mbps. However, you can get a license upgrade so it can support 100 Mbps.
You can check the throughput by issuing the following command: sh platform hardware throughput level

For more than 100 Mbps you need a boost license, which may allow up to 1.5 Gbps.

Hi Joseph,
Many thanks for the response. But who do i reach out to for this license upgrade for a 200Mbps link? Can you share a contact, an email address?

Any authorized Cisco retailer/dealer, or possibly Cisco itself.
