Cisco terminal server compatability with APC for out of band

Hi,

Can cisco terminal server be integrated with APC power module in order to provide Out of band feature?

By this I mean, when I login to terminal server, from there I can reboot the network equipment connected to APC power outlet?

Assuming that the APC has a serial connection, it should work just fine. You may have to tweak the baud rate and/or the physical wiring connection but that should be about it.
