Hi Team, Why we are configuring under interface these two below mentioned configuration ?

service-policy input GLOBAL_CORE_INGRESS

service-policy output GLOBAL_CORE_EGRESS

[MHM Cisco World]

These are  two Policy for QoS

One for egress and other for ingress traffic

Well, without seeing the policies, and their supporting configuration statements, cannot really comment on why they are there.  However, the most common usage is for QoS, as @MHM Cisco World already noted, but they can serve other purposes.
