Dear all,
we have IPsec VPN between branches using cisco router.
problem we are facing we can communicate between branche util we do clear arp.
please assist

Thanks fro reply, we are clearing Arp table on Routers after that its start communicating.
i dont know what logic working, but after that it works.

Hi,
Clearing the ARP table all the time is definitely not right.
Have you inspected those ARP entries before deleting them? The number of hosts on each network is not big, so I think you need to check the ARP entries on the routers to see what's wrong.

Thanks for reply, I know this is not right way to clear all time Arp table.
before i do Clear Arp command, i check all enties are right.
one more think iwant to tell you all links we are using for provided By ISP, we are using Public IP as external IP (WAN)
internal range is Private IP VPN connectivity between branches.
we have Communication Problem between Public IP range. after clear arp they start communication and VPN Tunnel
also comes UP
please help us

Are those public IP addresses provided by the ISP static or dynamic?

Thanks for reply, all IP address's are provided by ISP and all are Static IP.
this problem we having with only cisco devices. other are having same issue with same setup in this network.
ISP is running these commonds for all switchs ports
switchport protected
switchport block multicast
switchport block unicast
it is not cousing problem
please assist,
