Hi,

Sorry for my late reply. Please post the actual IP subnets you've got from ISP.

1. The segment is between the router(lan) and ASA(outside).

    What's IP address and Subnet?

2. Have you got any public IP pool from ISP?

I just want to make sure that you have an unused public ip address for an exchange server.
