Configuring Cisco router 4451 for Internet Access

I am trying to get my cisco router 4451 to route to my ISP, but have been unsuccessful. Here is what i have.

ge0/0/1

192.168.1.129 255.255.255.128

ge0/0/2

192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0

ISP Static Address

IP Address 50.78.70.245

50.78.70.252

Gateway 50.78.70.246

Need to have both ge networks to route to the ISP for internet access. Have tried using IP Route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 of both ge networks but with no success, I have even taken an additional ge port and configured it with my ISP static info, but again unable to connect to the internet. I am also unable to ping any of the ISP addresses, from either of the ge networks, but can ping both ge networks.

Thanks, made changes, and improved the network, but i still a couple of problems,

Router C unable to ping 100.100.100.1 or beyond.

Router C from a pc attached to either network can ping everything except 50.78.70.246 ISP gateway.

Router B unable to 50.78.70.246 ISP Gateway

Router A This the strange part can ping both networks on B&C but unable to ping router B serial interface 200.200.2001 or router C 200.200.200.2

Router A from a pc attached to either network can ping everything, except serial interfaces 200.200.200.1 or 200.200.200.2

Have attached updated config and network page.

I really appreciate all the assistance, advice???

I have a new issue or maybe a rehash of and old one.

all of the router on network can ping all address up but not pass 50.78.70.245, with the exception of Router A, which can ping and access the internet, router B & C to include the networks on them can ping 50.78.70.245, but nothing pass that point.

 ran traceroute from router B and C, it times out at address 100.100.100.1

ran tracert from pc's on router b and c, to address 50.78.70.245 works fine

ran tracert from pc's on router b and c, to address 50.78.70.246, times out at address 100.100.100.1

have attached new config and trace snapshots.

Thanks for posting the fresh copies of the configs. The problem is simple and easy to solve. Router A is configured to perform address translation controlled by access list 1. access list 1 has only a single entry (for network 192.168.1.0). Traffic your other networks gets to router A but can not get beyond it because their addresses are not translated. The solution is to add entries in access list 1 for each of the networks that you want to have access to Internet.

instead of adding each network to the access-list I changed it to 

access-list 1 permit 192.168.0.0    0.0.255.255

Router A still can access the network and browse the internet, but nothing changed for the other networks on Router B&C, 

any suggestions!!!!

It is easy to explain why traceroute from the routers is not working. traceroute from the router will use as the source address the IP address of the outbound interface. And on the routers the outbound interface is 200.200 or 100.100. So those traceroutes get to router A and do not get translated. It is not so clear why tracers from the pc does not work. Could you post the output of ipconfig and of tracert so that we can verify the address and the tracers result.
