I have a question I am hoping someone can help me with. I set up Multilink PPP for location and I now have to do it for one of my other remote offices because we are adding a second T and want them to act as one. My question is, can I add the code remotely to the routers or do I have to be on site for the code upgrade. Last time I did this I had one guy at the network head end and I was at the remote location. Problem is this time is they are about 3 hours apart. I am hoping I can be at one location and do all the code changes from one location.
If you need anything clarified let me know.
Thanks,
Dan

If you are going to try and reconfigure the serial link that you are going across to get access - then you might be better off trying to put a modem on the remote router and dial into it to do the serial reconfigurations.

The router has 4 T1's coming into it. Two run to one location and two running to a different location. Will that make a difference?

I believe the point that Jon was making was that if you were goig to make configuration changes that change the interface that you are using for remote access to the router that you might kill your session when you make the change and not be able to get back to the router.
As long as you have a viable path to the remote router that is not affected by your changes I think you should be able to make the changes remotely.
