we are observing Dec 25 11:28:20.164: %CONST_DIAG-SP-4-ERROR_COUNTER_WARNING: Module 1 Error counter exceeds threshold, system operation continue.  
Dec 25 11:28:20.164: %CONST_DIAG-SP-4-ERROR_COUNTER_DATA: ID:49 IN:1 PO:255 RE:231 RM:6 DV:1 EG:2 CF:10 TF:48930. Cisco CISCO7609-S. Please suggest us for the same.

Hello,

the error could point to an (imminent) hardware failure. Run diagnostics for the module with the command below and post the results. If possible, try and reseat the module...

diagnostic start module num test {test-id | test-id-range | minimal | complete | basic | per-port | non-disruptive | all} [port {num | port#-range | all}]
