Creating virtual point-to-point link within a IPVPN cloud

Hi guys,

Just need some assistance from you guys to point me in the right direction. I'm working for a company with an IPVPN cloud providing connectivity between multiple sites using BGP routing protocol. I recently had a request for a point-to-point link between two sites.

Is there a way to create a virtual point-to-point link over the IPVPN cloud?

IPVPN? Is it MPLS? If it's MPLS, you possibly could create a gre tunnel between the two locations. Would that work for what you're needing to do?

Yes, its MPLS. If I create a GRE tunnel, will I be able to dedicate a 2MB bandwidth for the tunnel?
