Can any body let me know any good paper for cUDP Handshaking between two device and how Compression table forms ?

cRTP as per the RFC (RFC 2508)

It would appear that we do not just compress the packet purely within a port range, but we also look at some of the contents of the packet to ensure that we calculate the algorithm properly.

Once again, the RFC will give some additional insight.
