Description to command

Hello

How can i add a description to a command?  What kind of sign sould i add after the command?

maybe it can look like this

ip address 10.10.0.2 255.255.255.0   .....   WAN Router IP

you can add descriptions to an Interface such as

Int gi 1/0

desc WAN Router IP

ip address 10.10.0.2 255.255.255.0 

I dont think there is anyway of adding a description the actual IP address command
