Hi,
1° a default-gateway MUST be in the same subnet as the client which is not the case on PC0
2° either the server has a default-gateway or you must do NAT on the router to be able to ping the server
Regards.
Alain

Dear jimmy,
1) first check your router NAT configration and ACL of the NAT.
2) check your gateway means if you configure local interface in router 192.168.1.1 then your PC ip must b in same network 192.168.1.10 mask 255.255.255.0 and gateway of the pc is your router ip 192.168.1.1
3) check DNS if ISP nt provide the write 192.168.1.1 and 4.2.2.2
4) your router must be configure with ip router
5) for testing time your windows firewall must b off
your gateway should me ping if nt check your NIC card or cable bcoz your gateway is directly connected with your pc to router
