dhcp and eigrp

Im trying to set up dhcp pools and eigrp for all the routers however i keep on running into an issue with two of my dhcp pools (view screenshot). The range for pool3 is supposed to be 49-78 with a id of 48 however it keeps overlapping with pool2.

I attempted to connect eigrp between corporate and building2 however i keep running into the issue of them not showing up as neighbors. Im not sure what im doing wrong and an explanation would be great. floor2 is running fine but i havent set up eigrp on that yet and plan to keep it seperate for now.

your subnetting won't work:

172.16.59.32/28
172.16.59.33 - 172.16.59.46

172.16.59.32/27
172.16.59.33 - 172.16.59.62

Your mypool3 needs to be:

172.16.59.48/28
192.16.59.49 - 192.16.59.62
