Dial on Demand Routing with 2 dialup connections to a single destination

Hi..

Is there any way to initiate secondary dial up connection to a different router when the number of primary dial failures exeeds retry count???

I am using static routes with different router metric for this. Issue is the primary dialup interface never goes down and the route still point towards the same interface...
