Disable TLS v1.0 catalyst 2951

I have a Catalyst 2950 Software version 15.1 (4) M6, ROM version 12.3 (8r)T7,  on this routeur I want 2 STEP

Step 1 : Upgrade Software version to the latest version

Step 2: Force using TLS-REC-2, can you explain me witch command should I do.

I don't think there is a command on the 2960 to set the TLS version. Below is a link to a document that lists the commands to do that on various platforms...
