Disconnecting ADSL

Hello,

i am in france, and the ADSL routeur 837 (for Internet) give me some probleme due to the disconnecting some times.

The ADSL work properly but some time, it stop to works.

When i debug, i have this (in attachment.

Do you have any ideas about theses disconnections ?

it looks like there is something wrong with your authentication. Can you post the configuration of your router ?

You might want to try and confgiure your dialer interface as following, see if that makes a difference:

interface Dialer1

description ADSL Line

ip address negotiated

ip nat outside

ip virtual-reassembly

encapsulation ppp

dialer pool 1

dialer-group 1

no peer neighbor-route

no cdp enable

ppp authentication chap callin

ppp chap hostname xxxxxx

ppp chap password 7 xxxxxx

Make sure to replace the xxxxxx with your respective router name and password...

your router is trying to negotiate to ur ISP and failing the ppp authentication please use the commnads that GP sent however u need to use the username as well that ur isp provides
